$100 per session 

Rates breakdown

  • 60 minute training session
  • Sessions can be done anywhere
  • will always include dynamic warm up
  • exercises can include any of the following: strength training, HITT, plyometrics, calisthenics, stability, boxing & power
  • Stretching at the end will be encouraged
  • A workout log will be recorded for you to use on your own

$10 per bootcamp

  • Every Monday at 7:15 AM, Gantry Plaza State Park, Long Island City, NY
  • 45 minute Core focused bootcamp style class
  • 15 minute group nutrition discussion at the end
  • Capped at 20 people
